Our Client is the leading Canadian manufacturer and distributor of exterior building materials and strives to be the best in class in customer experience. They are a company rich in history and proud to be Canadian Owned and operated. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Lead at their Saskatoon operations. This is a full-time position to work Monday to Friday.


Reporting to Head Office, the Customer Service Team Lead is accountable for all transactions assigned to the front office personnel, ensuring the customers are serviced in a professional and ethical manner and will serve as a brand ambassador to all customers.


• The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible to Head Office for carrying out Company policies and procedures.
• The incumbent will be directly involved in processing customers’ orders and establishing rapport with the branch’s clientele.
• Addressing all customer concerns in a professional manner, leaving the client with a positive resolution.
• Communicate changes in policies, procedures, products, services, promotions, or any other alterations that affect delivery of customer care.
• Administration and processing of customers’ orders
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of transactions
• Responding to customer inquiries through inbound calls and walk-in traffic
• The supervision of all “day to day” functions related to the operations of the order desk
• Ensure that account receivables are kept current
• Prepare invoices and process in accordance with standard procedures
• Collect payments for cash account orders
• Process special material orders in accordance with standard procedure
• Verification of pricing and product availability
• Maintain and ensure office records are maintained in accordance with company policy
• Review and submit branch payroll data
• Perform other duties as required


• Education : College/University Degree
• Experience : Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in customer service
• Skills: Knowledge of exterior building materials an asset, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages : Spoken and written English
