• Answer client emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Connect to client computers to resolve software issues
• Record details of actions taken
• Onboard clients (implementation phase)
• Improve pedagogical practices and processes
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Ensure client retention
• Generate interests in new products
• Minimum DEC/AEC
• Minimum 1-3 years in customer service-related role or clinic management
• Basic accounting knowledge (an asset)
• Knowledge of business process of a health and wellness multidisciplinary clinic (an asset)
• Required skills: Interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), listening, problem analysis/solving, time management
• Detail oriented
• Customer service oriented with excellent phone disposition

• Proficient spoken and written French* and English*
