We are looking for agents responsible for providing outstanding service by phone, email or chat to customers of our client-partner, a major clothing company, and achieve all activities related to this service.

HERE IS AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR WORK DAY
• Respond professionally to each phone or written customer contact
• Show an excellent customer approach and establish a relationship of trust with customers
• Perform order tracking, answer to product questions and effectively offer solutions to customers
• Assist the team in all other tasks related to achieving goals

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR BECAUSE YOU OFFER
• Flexible availabilities, especially to meet the call request during the festive period.
• Full-time and permanent position
• Work shifts from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 10:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Fluency in English and French or English only
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to do several tasks at a time
• Dynamism, diplomacy and good listening skills
• A good knowledge of IT tools
