Our ambitious client’s team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor who prides themselves on delivering first-class service and who can really make a difference. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for contributing and exceeding customer expectations whilst supporting the achievement of sales and profit targets by upselling and cross-selling products.


- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer general queries from customers and address their complaints
- Upsell the company’s products and services
- Update the clients’ account information


- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Fluent bilingualism (English and French)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to deliver with a high level of accuracy
- Positive, personable and proactive team player
