Breville Canada is looking for a knowledgeable Consumer Service Representative – Call Centre for a permanent full-time position. Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? We have an opening for you! Breville Canada is a leading distributor of small kitchen appliances.

Provide exceptional and courteous service to Breville consumers, and offer relevant information to service our consumers while promoting and growing the Breville brand. Key Position responsibilities

• Log and respond to calls and e-mails in a timely fashion per company standards, in order to efficiently resolve issues and concerns and provide satisfactory product information to Breville consumers.
• Process orders in the system for Breville products on a daily basis, to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Issue return authorizations for consumer’s warranty replacements, and ensure the Company policies are implemented.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communicator and bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
• Computer literate in multiple applications (MS Office, Outlook, Word), experience with CRM software considered an asset
• Experience / Product knowledge in the small appliances sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce.com) is considered an asset.
