    The location of this position is flexible in the business centers across the province.

You will use your relationship skills to identify opportunities to accelerate the growth of our existing clients, in terms of both financing and consulting.     - You will implement a client relationships growth and retention strategy to develop a profitable long-term loan portfolio from existing clients;
    - You will manage a portfolio of borrowing businesses and ensure effective relationship management;
    - You will develop and implement a personal marketing plan that is in line with the business centre strategy, and loans and portfolio objectives while attaining financial objectives related to the forecast loss rate, profitability, income growth and client retention;
    - You will demonstrate sound credit judgement to present high-quality loan proposals with acceptable risk levels, in compliance with established standards and in accordance with accepted credit practices and BDC policies and procedures;
    - Assess, negotiate and prepare high-quality loan proposals using a detailed credit analysis and sound account management practices, and exercising due diligence;
    - Detect and develop financing and consulting business opportunities with the portfolio’s existing clients;
    - You will play an active role as part of a regional team and work with remote colleagues to discuss best practices and help carry out the unit’s business plan.

    - Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration?
    - Do you have a passion for entrepreneurship and 3 to 5 years’ experience with commercial accounts receivable at BDC or elsewhere?
    - Do you have a demonstrated ability for client relationship management and proven business knowledge?
    - Do you have sound credit judgement and an extensive understanding of the policies and practices in this field?
    - Do you have an in-depth understanding of internal products, services, policies and practices, as well as the ability to establish effective and long-lasting relationships with the Bank’s existing clients?
