    DESCRIPTION

    Our client Nespresso, a high-end coffee company, is currently seeking B2B call center agents for a full-time, long-term position in downtown Montreal.

    Would you like to be part of a new team in a dynamic and energetic call center? Would you like to offer an excellent customer service?


    This B2B call center agent position offers you:

    - Salary $17.50 ;
    - A paid training;
    - A variable schedule between (7:30am to 8pm), Monday to Friday;
    - Possibility of working in the weekends;
    - Full time position 40 hours / week;
    - A range of benefits after 600 hours of work;


    The B2B call center agents have the role of:

    * Provide phone or email assistance to the clients on their purchasing process of machines and coffee;
    * Conduct outbound campaigns ;
    *Coffee expert able to advise the customer on the various B2B products;
    * Offer technical support on all Nespresso lines and products;
    * Proactively manage the customer relationship; focus on customer satisfaction or retention of Horeca customers ;
    * Respect and uphold procedures to enhance the Client Experience ;
    * Understand the different channels of client contact and sensibilize the clientele about the different buying options;
    * All other tasks inherent to the position .

    Required skills:
    * High School, College or University Diploma with relevant experience;
    * Perfectly bilingual : English and French (written and spoken);
    * Strong interest in the world of coffee would be a great asset;
    * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer contact center environment.
