    With English and French speaking internal clients all across Canada, you play a key role in attracting and head hunting candidates. You capitalize on your expertise in head hunting and in screening activities for a variety of Financing, Advisory Services and Venture Capital positions.     In a typical week, you would:
    - Work closely with the human resources business partners and internal clients to understand their needs, prepare a job description and post it.
    - Source and head hunt candidates through the web and social networks, such as LinkedIn.
    - Analyze CVs, screen candidates by telephone or video interviews, and recommend which applicants to meet with.
    - Coordinate background checks in conjunction with our service provider.
    - Follow up with candidates in order to provide an outstanding experience.
    - Maintain up-to-date recruiting data in PeopleSoft.

    In addition, this position will allow you to develop your skills and have a greater impact at BDC by giving you the opportunity to participate in various talent acquisition and human resources related projects.

    To be successful, you must be perfectly bilingual (French and English), spoken and written. You must have a proven track record in head hunting and accomplished techniques for online sourcing (including Boolean searches).

    You will stand out in our selection process if you have a bachelor's degree in human resources management or the equivalent. You have 3 years' experience in talent acquisition and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You are well organized, creative and enjoy drafting enticing job offers. Lastly, you have a keen interest in technological tools such as application tracking systems (PeopleSoft, an asset) and the MS Office applications.
