DESCRIPTION

The team leader is responsible to welcome residents when they arrive at the dining room, to set up the tables, to do table service tables and to coordinate the activities of the dining room servers in order to'ensure a good service.
1.*coordinate the daily activities of the servers in the dining room and allocate their task to ensure the optimal services to residents.
2.*submit a tentative schedule to FSM of servers in order to ensure the presence of the appropriate number of servers for the proper functioning of the dining room.
3.*Welcome the residents when they arrive in the dining room and accompany them to their table or help them find a place where they can sit taking into account their needs and make sure that they are comfortable.
4.*carry the clean dishes, utensils and other objects to the service areas and set up the tables so that the tables are ready for service.
5.*to ensure, in accordance with company procedures, the service for residents and visitors and to help them in their decision of meals as needed.
6.*Speak with the residents in order to ensure that they are satisfied with the food and the service,
resolve any minor disputes and to report any other problem to the FSM.
7.*s Deal with discretion when called for with residents and treat residents with respect at all times.
8.*inspect the dining room and service areas in order to ensure their cleanliness and to report to the FSM
9.*Collect, according to the rates and the established procedure, the sums due for meals or other forms of payment. Complete a deposit sheet after each shift.
10.*Fill out the appropriate forms and documents, filling reportswith appropriate information in order to'ensure the necessary follow-up.

12.*Keep informed of any different events or changes to the residence and ensure that the employees of the dining room are informed.
13.*Prepare seating plan of the Dining Room for special events in function reservations.
