DESCRIPTION

Gestion ADC is a subsidiary of Creeco, a large-scale company established more than 30 years ago, with a strong foothold in various fields such as energy, air transport and hospitality, food, concierge and construction.

Gestion ADC was founded in 1996 and has established itself as a leader in the field of janitorial and food services. Serving clients such as Hydro Quebec, Stornoway, Osisko and Goldcorp, Gestion ADC has positioned itself as a key player in the food and concierge industry.

This position will be available for a new project that will begin in late January 2019

Summary
Reporting to the sous-chef, the Pastry Chef will be in charge of the production, cooking, baking of the central kitchen and cafeteria of the work site.

Responsibilities
o Respect of food costs, portion control, loss management
o The respect of the data sheets, receipts and list of production
o The application of health and safety standards (HACCP etc ...)
o Preparation, cooking and dressing of salty and sweet pastries

Requirements
o Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume pastry shop
o MAPAQ certification (MANDATORY)
o Good sense of organization
o Attention to detail and work well done
o Serious, autonomous and punctual

Schedule

Cycle 14/14, 12 hours a day.
