DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Technician II-E, Wafer Fabrication, Thermopile, 4th Shift
(week-end)
Posting: 2018-A.25

Specific Duties:
 Process Thermopile products: very precise photolithography, PECVD, RIE, DRIE, Sputtering, etching, wafer measurements, wafer inspection.
 Make in process adjustments based on engineering inputs.
 Apply SPC (statistical process control) methods to track process performance and ensure specifications are met.
 Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.
 Coordinate/schedule workload internally and between work centers.
 Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
 Perform other related duties as required.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
1. College diploma in Chemistry, Physics, or Chemical or Electronics Technology.
2. Wafer fabrication experience an asset.
3. Photolithography knowledge an asset.
4. Knowledge of SPC an asset.
5. Knowledge of computer databases.
6. Knowledge of electro-optic devices.
7. Good organization skills.
8. Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
9. Works well in team-oriented environment.
