    Permanent position, Full-time


    You will provide 1st level support to internal users and external clients in their use of our websites (employees) and administrative tools to administer their pension plans, in addition to ensuring their proper functioning.

    You will be responsible for responding to any problems that may arise for our users when using our administrative solution.

    Responsabilities :

    With regard to the use of our administrative tools:
    Act as a support for users;
    Guide users in the execution of their work in our different environments;
    Create the necessary tickets following problems encountered and anomalies in the various work environments, follow up with the various stakeholders and prioritize the different types of requests;
    Prepare communications to all users on the impacts of the issues raised and future changes / improvements;
    Take part in quality assurance tests during infrastructure and server maintenance to ensure that everything is functional in our various environments;
    Maintain a knowledge base and write different procedures and/or documentation for the immediate team and for users;
    Collaborate in the training of users.

    With regard to the websites used by our clients' employees:
    Coordinate, prioritize and follow up on the various requests for support and updates to our websites;
    Act as an interlocutor between our clients representatives, our infrastructure team and our team of web programmers to ensure the quality of the content of the sites used by our clients;
    Coordinate and take part in the access and feature tests;
    Raise and follow up on problems encountered;
    Prepare and facilitate presentations/training for our client representatives;
    Maintain a knowledge base and write different procedures and/or documentation.

    Succeeding as a Senior Analyst - Users Technical Support will require the following core qualifications and skills:
    Have college education in computer science or related work experience;
    Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
    Have good analytical skills and demonstrate creativity in problem solving;
    Ability to set priorities, advance issues and meet deadlines;
    Have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people;
    Be recognized for teamwork;
    A good knowledge of MS Office is an asset;
    Demonstrate organization, initiative and thoroughness in your work;
    Be available to work flexible hours up to 6:00 pm and occasionally on weekends during certain maintenance periods;
    Have very good communication skills, in French and English, both orally and in writing;

    Job Grade: MS3
