The IT Technician must support the IT demands of the employees. His/her expertise allows him/her to have an impact on everyday IT activities by ensuring that they run smoothly. He/she believes in the importance of providing outstanding customer service and he/she wants his/her colleagues to work in the best possible conditions by providing them with technical assistance.


• Install and configure hardware, workstations, and software
• Provide technical support to on-site and remote users
• Analyze, diagnose and solve technical problems of employees
• Create and manage access (emails, passwords, etc.)
• Train users on new technologies and upgrades
• Support users in their daily IT activities
• Ensure good communication and follow-up of requests with colleagues
• Keep records of computer equipment inventories
• Report anomalies and provide the required solutions for optimal use
• Solve problems with "RF GUN" in warehouses
• Responsible for mobile telephony for employees (administration, configuration, management, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Experience with WiFi technology
• Sense of analysis: You like to tackle problems in order to find several possible solutions by using in-depth thinking, your knowledge and past experiences
• Easy to adapt: You are flexible to adapt to requests as they arrive and know how to profit from the changes. You are flexible to work outside working hours and according to different shifts
