    Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions Delivery and the IT Application/Middleware Specialist is responsible for delivering and improving any BDC application, focusing on his/her assigned field of expertise. This person will be the specialist in the systems for which he/she is responsible. He/she develops and implements policies and procedures to allow Operational Support teams to manage day-to-day operations. He/she will also ensure that the systems under his/her responsibility will provide the best performance and make sure the technology for which he/she is responsible evolves. He/she maintains a constant technology watch and will have to participate in research and development of new infrastructures. This person must understand, know and master the entire Dynamics 365 system and its earlier versions on both the OnPremis and cloud platform. He/She will be the system administrator of this solution.
    - Maintain and improve the middleware infrastructure in accordance with existing BDC processes and applications;
    - Assess overall performance and recommend restructuring of existing configurations, as needed;
    - Develop and implement new solutions;
    - Obtain intelligence in his/her field of expertise and act as an expert by advising and supporting the developers with regard to the environment of the networks, servers, data storage, etc.;
    - Provide final-level support for technical, operational and infrastructure equipment questions;
    - Design, draft, test and disseminate the procedures necessary for IT operations to run smoothly;
    - Provide reports to management on the performance and the various status levels of his/her environments;
    - Make sure all Level 2 - Administration, support and configuration of the Dynamics 365 solution, in terms of infrastructure and of the CRM administration.  


    - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or combination of training in information technology and relevant experience.
    - At least 5 years of practical experience specific to the field of expertise (Middleware and integration of applications)
    - CRM Dynamics 365 Certification
    - At least 5 years of practical experience in Microsoft CRM administration
    - Dynamic self-starter and self-directed learner
    - Good knowledge of telecom concepts (routers, Cisco firewall, switches, security)
    - Experience deploying and supporting IIS web applications
    - Good knowledge of the financial, banking or insurance industry
    - Ability to document activities (support and projects)
    - Ability to work in project and operational mode
    - Strong capacity for problem-solving
    - Autonomy, resourcefulness, attention to detail and team player
    - Ability to effectively communicate solutions and alternatives
    - Fluency in English and French

    Asset
    - Good proficiency in using SharePoint 2013
    - Good knowledge of TFS 2012
    - Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting
    - Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
