    Our client, a leader in the micro-finance industry, situated in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, is currently looking for a digital communications coordinator.

    your responsibilities

    The digital communications coordinator has a main responsibility to execute an e-marketing and multichannel strategy. Their role is key in the acquisition and retention of clients. The candidate is expected to manage, improve and update the company's communication tools for which the marketing content strategy and digital promotions are based. As well, the candidate shall oversee the management of websites, social media platforms and newsletters. Participate in the continuous improvement of the user experience and coordinate various activities regarding development, implementation and the evolution of web platforms, such as; Web 2.0 applications.



    Tool Management:

    - Assist the Digital Communications Officer in their duties

    - Manage the technical aspects of marketing campaigns

    - Coordinate the production steps of the company's communication tools

    - Improve the procedures for different communication tools

    - Monitor performance indicators and

    - Propose changes and alternatives

    Website and Campaign Management:

    - Improve themes and templates, layout new content

    - Create and optimize landing pages with A/B tests

    - Coordinate newsletters

    - Work with database – emails, promos, renewals, etc

    - Manage lists

    - Template creation and automated email campaigns

    - Suggest improvements for conversion and commitment rates

    - Coordinate mass broadcasting of text messages


    Community Management:

    - Organize, animate and manage social communications

    - Perform all other assigned tasks by the immediate supervisor


    our requirements

    - Knowledge of Wordpress and Mailchimp (or an equivalent tool)

    - Marketing or Communication diploma (or related field)

    - Understanding of social networks and its management tools

    - Strong knowledge of Google tools suite (Analytics, Search Console, Trends, Cache, Optimize, etc)

    - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Outlook)

    - HTML, CSS, PHP

    - Fluent in French and English- written and spoken
