    As part of our corporate growth plan, we have acquired a new building to move our head office and distribution center. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the renovation, development, and term relocation project, which is an approximate 18-month term with the possibility of extension. The project manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project with the various internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of project analysis, design, development and implementation.

    Job Description

    - Coordinate projects, produce status reports and manage the resources associated with the different projects;
    - Coach teams and develop project plans while tracking project progress on a daily basis;
    - Identify resource requirements, monitor project progress and escalate functional, time and quality issues to the various stakeholders involved;
    - Follow up on important project milestones and adjust the plan and resources accordingly;
    - Coordinate all project communications, manage budgets, scope and risks of different projects;
    - Work closely with management, provide guidance, provide the necessary support, and provide advice on the best ways to use the resources needed to meet the objectives of ongoing projects;
    - Ensure that technical aspects and business processes are effectively integrated to meet the needs and requirements of different business units;
    - Establish good business relationships with partners and suppliers to maximize their contribution and results to projects and the company;
    - Be on the lookout for new trends in project management;
    - Work closely with all the teams in the company.


    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in Project Management;
    - 5 to 10 years of experience in project management;
    - Has completed major relocation and redevelopment projects (an asset);
    - Have knowledge of building and / or construction engineering (an asset);
    - PMP certification desired;
    - Must have knowledge of project management methods;
    - Bilingualism spoken and written, English and French;
    - Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and team members;
    - Experience in estimating resources and developing delivery plans;
    - Ability to multitask and ability to keep projects on schedule;
    - Strong interest and knowledge of the retail trade;
    - Strong negotiation, decision-making and initiative skills;
    - Interpersonal skills, strong customer service and team spirit skills;
    - Ability to analyze and solve problems.
