We are looking for a Proposal manager who will evolve within the sales team. Under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the person sought will have as main responsibilities to:
• Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) by working with account managers and subject matter experts to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, concise and persuasive proposal copy targeted to decision makers.
• Build a repository/database of accurate and compelling RFP responses that can be used to enable a repeatable and scalable RFP process over time.
• Enable the sales team and channel partners to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Terranova solutions.
• Create standard sales tools such as presentations, demonstrations, FAQ documents and discovery questions.
• Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to stay up to date on new and upcoming product capabilities, positioning and marketing campaigns, and to create sales/partner enablement content.
• Create and manage demonstration environments that highlight solution capabilities and differentiation, and train sales on how to best leverage them in opportunities.
Requirements
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in sales engineering, consulting, business analysis, or technical marketing.
• Experience in the B2B software industry, ideally in the cyber security market.
• Strong client requirements gathering, prioritization and scoping experience.
• Fluently bilingual (written and spoken).
• Strong oral communication, presentation, demonstration and training skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
Working conditions
• Permanent position of 37.5 hours per week
• Group insurance plan paid 50% by the employer
