We are looking for a star to join our marketing team who shines by their resourcefulness, organizational skills and energy, to help us fulfill our numerous communications, promotional and event mandates for three leading digital brands in Quebec: LesPAC, Jobboom and Réseau Contact.

By the way, in case you haven’t already heard of Mediagrif, we’re one of Canada’s digital leaders. Our head office is based in Longueuil just steps from the metro but we also have other offices located in Canada, the US, Europe and China. Our activities include B2C, B2B and B2B2C for our brands such as Jobboom, LesPAC, Réseau Contact, PowerSource Online, The Broker Forum, MERX, InterTrade, Carrus, BidNet, SourceSuite, Orckestra and ASC.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Brand Manager and work closely with our multidisciplinary team, focusing on partnerships, logistics, events and supplier relationships. Your role is to plan, organize and implement brand communication and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.

If you’re a hyper-organized go-getter, focused on quality and work methodology, we’d love to have you on our team!

Main responsibilities:
• Create content, review or translate existing marketing tools and materials such as on-line articles, advertising campaigns, newsletters, pamphlets, etc.;
• Plan, implement and coordinate external event logistics (fairs, conferences, contests, etc.) and liaise with the various partners involved;
• Manage external partnerships and sponsorship requests;
• Support the marketing team in carrying out communication initiatives such as email campaigns, promotions, public relations; and
• Perform various administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, supplier management, etc.

Training and work experience:
• College or university studies in Administration, Communications, Marketing or relevant equivalent;
• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a similar position;
• Experience within a digital Marketing Department, an asset; and
• Available to occasionally work outside regular business hours to support special events.

• Excellent organizational skills and priority management;
• Ability to carry out several projects simultaneously and to prioritize them;
• Resourcefulness, autonomy and results-oriented;
• Attention to detail and thoroughness;
• Bilingual (French-English) both oral and written;
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams; and
• Knowledge of the Web environment and mobile applications an asset.
