    Role Summary:

    Through constant evolution and innovation, we have become a global leader with two brands, Garage and Dynamite, at the heart of our success. With over 400 stores across the globe and 6,000 employees worldwide, Groupe Dynamite is presently in North America (corporate stores) and in the Middle East (franchisee partners).

    The International Marketing Specialist will serve as the liaison between Groupe Dynamite international external partners and internal Marketing and International teams. He or she will be responsible for the supervision of the overseas implementation of all marketing-related activities in accordance with the specifications laid out by corporate marketing for both the Garage and Dynamite brands.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Educates and coaches global partners on brands and filters to ensure ongoing alignment and interpretation;
    Partners with senior marketing managers to understand seasonal objectives in order to share them with global partners and to develop country-appropriate materials and campaigns;
    Works with international partners to maintain and adapt North American marketing plans, approaches, printed and digital collateral, and promotions to the respective marketplaces on an annual basis;
    Provides support with respect to territory-specific events (e.g., Ramadan), which may require additional brand-aligned elements (e.g., pop-up tent, billboard or magazine ad support, etc.);
    Completes post-campaign and event analyses, including qualitative feedback and quantitative results. Shares insights and action plans with internal and external partners;
    Responsible for updating the international global calendar and competitive benchmarking;
    Monitors the international marketing budgets for all external partners;
    Understands cultural and behavioural reality of marketplaces and shares intelligence with internal partners;
    Works with global partners to inject market research practices (surveys, CSAT, etc.) in order to obtain further consumer insight;
    Responsible for creating and distributing the weekly international memo;
    Oversees the development of documentation and collateral required by the International Business Development team for proposals, tradeshows, etc.;
    Manages all other ad hoc requests from external or internal international partners.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    Undergraduate degree in International Relations, Project Management or Marketing.


    Five years or more in international marketing;
    At least one year of experience in project management;
    Previous experience working abroad would be highly beneficial.

    Technical Skills

    Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, forecasting, budgeting, effective oral and written communication, and strong analyzing techniques required;
    Understands how to apply product and event performance data to support business. Must be skilled at interpreting and applying findings to better support the business;
    Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills;
    Effective time management;
    Ability to handle pressure and multiple responsibilities, and able to deal with changing business priorities;
    Ability to mobilize and align internal partners toward a common goal;
    Strong business acumen;
    Knowledge and interest in the retail fashion industry is an asset.
