One of our well-established banking clients is looking for Data Entry Clerk (Banking & French exp would be an asset)
Duration: Contract term is 3 months with possibility of an extension
Location: Montreal, QC
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday: 9:30-5:30

GROUP/PROJECT INFO:
Service all of Canada for investments, more so exception process for all branches in Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Keying in application (about 4-5 pages from fax)
- Responsible for operating data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.
- If all applications are not complete before end of day, overtime will be required

TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
-Familiar with computers
- Fast and efficient type (alpha and numeric) - PLEASE SUBMIT TYPING TEST
-Available for overtime (will know the day of)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
-Bilingual – (80% English branch)

SOFT SKILLS:
-Fast learner
-Attention to detail
- Eager to learn
-Strong verbal and written communication skill

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
-High school diploma
