    **Your schedule**





    You must be available **Monday to Sunday** from **6 a.m. to midnight**.








    **Your main challenges**

    * Establish a personal rapport with callers and answer their questions to their satisfaction
    * Anticipate clients' needs and suggest suitable financial products and services
    * Refer clients to the appropriate Bank employees, based on the needs identified
    * Help clients use the Bank's technological tools
    * Meet call and sales targets
    * Offer a superior client experience when handling client complaints




    * High school diploma

    * At least six months of experience in customer service/Advice

    * Interest in working in a call centre environment

    * Strong interpersonal skills

    * **Perfectly bilingual** (English and French)

    * Experience handling customer complaints.
