Our established client is hiring for a Coordinator role.

If you have experience in administration with exposure to dispatching and working closely with Service Technicians, this position could be of great interest to you!

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position interacts with customers, Service Technicians, and internal staff and provides general administrative/clerical support to the Operations team.

Please apply if you meet the following requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or coordination
- Fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English
- Dedication to excellence in customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Resourcefulness
- Proficiency with MS Office – especially Excel for a variety of reports
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to juggle multiple priorities
