    Our client, located in the heart of downtown Montreal, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

    • Liaise on behalf of management with suppliers, clients, contacts, etc. as required;
    • Arrange and confirm appointments on a timely basis;
    • Act as the receptionist, greeting visitors and taking/transferring calls;
    • Facilitate the coordination of travel arrangements;
    • Coordinate and attend company events (sometimes outside of regular office hours);
    • Coordinate client mailings and e-mail campaigns;
    • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems;
    • Proofread written documents;
    • Receive and expedite courier mail;
    • Conduct online research by request;
    • Responsible for office supplies;
    • Assist management with other related tasks as needed and participate in special projects.

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Relevant education, such as a DEC or Bachelors Degree;
    • Experience in the service industry or professional services is a strong asset;
    • Bilingualism is required (French/English) - written and spoken.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

    The Administrative Assistant must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable. Working in a rapidly changing environment, this person must be able to quickly reassess and prioritize tasks accordingly and be able to maintain professional relationships and exchanges with both internal and external clients.
