    The Administrative Assistant & regional coordinator will have a hybrid role in which he/she will be required to provide support to the Director, Retail (Ottawa, Quebec, Atlantic), Director, HR (Quebec) and Director, Brand Fido and coordinate and support local initiatives for the Quebec region

    The successful candidate must have experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment where a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility are required. Positive interactions with key stakeholders such as Executive teams, employees, external partners and customers.

    The individual is a pro-active self-driven performer that demonstrates excellent initiative and judgment on a regular basis. The ability to deal with ambiguity and handle changing and competing priorities is a must. The role requires willingness to work odd and extended hours when needed as well as be on call occasionally.

    What you will be doing:

    - Strategically manage and plan the Director, Retail (Ottawa, Quebec, Atlantic), Director, HR (Quebec) and Director, Brand Fido activities, meetings, guests, calendaring, travel, expense reports, appointments etc., to facilitate the most efficient use of the leaders’ time.
    - Lead the coordination and management of internal and external special projects aligned with the regional agenda and initiatives such as shared space - Lead the coordination and management of the Regional Executive Team agenda, action items and follow-up
    - Provide assistance on ad-hoc business requests as needed
    - Provide assistance on building powerpoint presentations and reporting/budgeting
    - Leads by example to work effectively and collaboratively with the other executive assistants in the organization

    What you bring:

    - 7 to 10 years of previous experience working with Executives is a must
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    - Willing to work flexible hours and be on call to meet challenging and changing deadlines
    - Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize
    - Experience in managing agenda, calendars, reporting and taking agenda minutes/follow-ups
    - Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
    - Technologically savvy and proficient with the use of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other communication tools - Advanced skills in managing calendars in MS. Outlook as well as experience in office workflow and productivity tools such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Oracle
    - Completion of post-secondary education would be an asset
