DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
We give the successful candidate additional training in Human Resources.

Payroll:
 Manage and process the weekly payroll cycle for all employees.
 Resolve any issues with employees about their pay.
 Keep track of employee vacations and absences.
 Maintain employee records.
 Maintain training records.
 Prepare weekly journal entry.
 Prepare year-end for T-4’s/RL-1 and Revenue Quebec reports.
 Prepare and submit all reports for CNESST.
HR:
 Prepare and post ads for new job openings.
 Do preliminary review of incoming CV’s.
 Arrange interviews with potential candidates.
 Maintain and update Company policies and procedures.
 Update employee handbook as required.
 Update employee safety manual as required for CSST.
 Participate in the Health and Safety committee.
 Provide letters of confirmation of employment.

Requirements

  • Important - Minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Asset - Member CPA
  • Essential - Must have own transport
