      You will be a key player in growing BDC’s client portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively contact pre-qualified potential clients and grasp new business opportunities. The goal is to get an appointment and/or forward the opportunities to a business centre.
    In a typical week, you will place outgoing calls to:
    - Identify opportunities for accelerating the growth of Canadian entrepreneurs and for developing business opportunities
    - Set meetings for account managers while making sure to ascertain the client's needs and to promote the right BDC products and services.

    You will also stay abreast of BDC policies and practices regarding financing and consulting solutions. In all your communications, you will apply a good sense of repartee and influence in order to propose mutually satisfactory solutions to clients who are making a complaint, before you initiate the established process.
       If you can answer YES to the following questions, you could be the person we are looking for!
    - Do you have a college diploma or certificate in administration (or equivalent)?
    - Do you have at least 3 years of experience in telephone solicitation and/or telemarketing?
    - Do you have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French?
    - Do you have a sixth sense that lets you identify entrepreneurs' business issues and needs?
    - Do you strive to deliver an outstanding client experience?
    - Are you available Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (for seven-hour shifts) to provide service that is adapted to our prospects' time zones?
