Create your Jobboom Business Page in just a few clicks

Every employer with an active Jobboom account can create a dedicated Business Page for their organization.

The Business Page allows you to not only describe your business and the products and services you offer, but also to detail any information that could entice candidates to apply for a position with your company. A summary of your Business Page will be automatically appended to each job posting your publish on Jobboom, so you don’t have to add the information manually each time you post.

To create of modify your Business Page, navigate to the “Company profile” section of your Jobboom Dashboard.

How to create your Business Page

This is the ideal opportunity to leverage all the Human Resources measures in place to attract and keep the best candidates.

Here is the important info you will want to add:

  • A summary of your business (number of employees, location(s) of your offices, a list of your products and/or brands, who your customers are)
  • A detailed list of benefits offered by your company to employees, including:
    – Salaries, if they are competitive in the industry
    – Number of working hours per week
    – Group health insurance or pension plan
    – Number of vacation weeks provided at hire
    – Number of sick and/or personal days offered
    – Flexible work schedules or the possibility of remote work
    – Access to a gym, cafeteria, etc.
    – Proximity to public transit or parking
    – Any other benefits.

Candidates will also want to know more about your company mission and values. You can describe the working environment of your offices, including detailing if your company offers social events – basically any information about working at your company that a candidate wouldn’t be able to find on your website.

Your text can be a maximum of 3000 characters for each language. A counter will let you know how many characters you’ve used.

Images and Logo

This page is where you can add your company logo and an image to represent your organization or industry. These two options are included in your Jobboom plan. The images must be added by our customer service team members, to ensure quality.

Your logo must be sized 200 px by 100 px.

The Business Page also lists all the open positions available at your company, as the example below shows:

If your website doesn’t have a Careers section, it’s possible to integrate your Jobboom Business Page on your site to allow candidates to quickly apply for open positions with your company.
