Bilingual Inside Sales and CSR - Permanent - $40k+ - Don Mills (#2607)

We are looking for Bilingual (French and English) reps to join our client's Inside Sales and Customer Care team. You will be handling inbound calls from customers and providing information to them about products and services, signing them up for the service. You will be working Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm but must be flexible to work other shifts.

Job description:

· Respond to inbound telephone inquiries regarding the companys' products and services; provide accurate information and assist caller in choosing appropriate service.

· Meet and or exceed sales quotas by using consultative sales methods and customer focused selling.

· Keep up-to-date with all marketing promotions.

· Collect information from the caller and process all required documentation, including entering caller subscriber information into database while talking to the customer on the phone.

· Collect referral source information from callers and communicate this information to Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales and others as appropriate in order to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:


Must be fluent in French and French both spoken and written

Must have two yeard of Inside Sales experience - this is mandatory - where the sales duties were performed over the phone - call centre preferrably

Must have worked with qoutas previously and individual sales goals

Comfortable with computers

Typing speed 40 wpm or faster

Ability to work 12pm to 8pm shift Monday to Friday but flexible to work any shifts Monday to Sunday between 8am - 11pm
