On a typical day, you will?
- Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries.
- Assisting with the implementation of the organizations Occupational Health and Safety program.
- Creating, sending, receiving and tracking all occupational health and safety documentation.
- Registering new users in an online OHS training program.
- Assisting consultants with screening and interviewing potential candidates.

What is required?
- 3+ years previous work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with above average typing speeds.
- Confidence, reliability and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
