Mailroom Coordinator (#2550)
As a Mailroom Clerk you will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail.
- Tracking of all mail pieces and storage where required.
- Filing, copying and faxing of required documents.
- Ordering office supplies.

Qualifications:
- Strong typing/data entry skills
- Great accuracy rate
- Ability to navigate in a Windows based environment required (MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as within a team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Strong understanding of the functions of each internal and external department
- Bilingualism (French/English) required.
