Intermediate Accountant (#2364)

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Accountant for our client a privately held company in the transportation industry, located in the Mississauga region. This is a permanent role with an opportunity to make your mark and grow with the organization. The role offers a salary in the range of 40-50K annually.

Reporting to the CFO, main responsibilities of the role will include: full cycle accounts payable, Accounts receivable, account reconciliation, government remittance, billings, collection and various reporting duties.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience, be working towards an accounting designation (CGA, CMA) and have knowledge of Simply Accounting software. You are a self-starter, flexible in duties and work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and intermediate excel skills are required.
