Bilingual Order Services Agent (#2555)

Start Date: November 23 2009
Status: Permanent, Full and Part time available
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: $14.25 per hour plus language premium
Location: Gloucester
Languages: Fluently Bilingual (French/English)

Responsibilities Include:

Taking inbound calls from existing customers
Processing order requests for company products
Customer retention through high level of professionalism
Advise customers on new and complimentary items for their orders
General office duties
