Job Description:
- Provide personalized customer service to meet or exceed clients' expectations
- Make decisions to adjust customers' existing lines of credit
- Review information on customer account applications
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow business
- Execute transactions and respond to client requests and inquiries
- Research customer inquiries concerning reward and fee based products and lost or stolen cards
- The opportunity to work for a reputable financial organization
- Salary $13.25/hr plus monthly incentives
- Schedule requirements: availability Monday-Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Sunday's Off
- Central East Ottawa location
- Bus Accessible
- Professional team environment
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
- Previous customer service, banking and/or call center experience
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in a Windows based environment
- Strong listening skills with the ability to probe for additional details
- Demonstrated persuasion and sales skills
