Bilingual Customer Service Representative (#2495)
A client in the Kitchener area is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role you would be the first point of contact for inbound calls from customers. Responsibilities would include providing product information, pricing, order status, and dealing with any other inquiries.
As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- Fully bilingual, French and English (written and spoken)
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Working knowledge of AS400 would be considered an asset.
