Quality Assurance Specialist in Banking Industry
Start Date: November 23 2009
Salary: $13.25/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Language Requirement: Bilingual
Job Description
Review existing accounts for accuracy
Verify all documented activities for accuracy on accounts
Record errors and report to manager
Work closely with supervisors in department to assess errors
Ensure all steps are taken to result in accuracy on customer accounts
Identify patterns of errors for future training
Qualifications Needed
Must be detail oriented and have proven attention to detail
Must have strong typing skills
Excellent communication in French and English required
Ability to utilize computer programs essential
Must be highly organization with minimal error rate in work
Must have strong judgement in confidential situations
