We're looking for
ANOTHER GOOD NAME in FINANCIAL SERVICE.

Libro Financial Group is looking for a strong professional to manage the design and delivery of internal programs that will promote effective staff learning and development opportunities which reinforce the strategic direction of the organization.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: this position will coach and manage a training team to facilitate the achievement of training strategies within Libro. A college or university degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management is a requirement for the position. A certificate in Adult Education and/or CHRP designation would be an asset. Excellent communication and listening skills, sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities are keys to being successful in this role.
