Inside Sales Rep - North York - $15/hr plus commissions, Permanent (#2606)

We are presently recruiting for 2 experienced Inside Sales Reps for our client located in the North York area. The company specializes in Group Health and Pension Benefits/ Insurance.

What are the responsibilities of the job?

Qualifying leads, creating and developing sales strategies
Cold calling, relationship building, and prospecting
Booking appointments for outside sales managers
Cross selling products as the need is identified
Facilitiate, follow up, and resolve any questions received from potential clients
Other projects and duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years inside sales experience (cold calling / outbound calling)
Post secondary education, or equivalent industry experience
Individuals with an insurance background are given preference
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - bilingualism is considered an asset
Must be dynamic, motivated, client focused and engaging
