Bilingual Financial Processor - 6 mth contract (#1925)

Responsibilities:

-You will be processing and completing all banking transactions that result from the Call Centre's daily activities which include setting up new accounts, verifying information, entering data on the system and client/account investigation.
-Conduct service follow-up call and emails regarding account maintenance, client investigations and all other inquiries.
-Resolve banking issues for clients, both internal and external.
-Provide information on the policies and procedures of the Operations Department.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and French
- Completion of a college or equivalent post-secondary degree.
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience, preferably in the banking industry.
- Trust or Banking Institute courses an asset.
