Le titulaire du poste sera principalement responsable de la réalise des essais dans le cadre du Développement Galénique, et rédige les comptes-rendus des essais et les protocoles des études qui lui sont confiées, en collaboration avec sa hiérarchie et dans le respect du cahier des charges fourni, des délais et de la règlementation pharmaceutique, en particulier BPL et BPF.

Autres responsabilités :

- Participe à la mise au point des formules galéniques, à l’optimisation des procédés de fabrication dans le respect de la réglementation pharmaceutique.
- Réalise la fabrication des lots de développement galénique (essais ou pilotes) selon les protocoles établis.
- Réalise les tests physiques des produits en stabilité et rédige les comptes-rendus techniques, dans le respect des protocoles en vigueur.
- Propose et rédige, en collaboration avec l’Équipe R&D, les protocoles des différentes études qui lui sont confiées (optimisation et validation pilote).
- Met au point et valide les méthodes de contrôle physique, rédige et/ou valide ces méthodes dans le respect des Bonnes Pratiques et des plannings.
- Rédige les procédures d’utilisation et veille au bon fonctionnement du matériel (entretien, étalonnage, contrôle, maintenance, commande des pièces de rechange…).

Qualifications :

- Diplôme collégial (type formulation de produits pharmaceutiques)
- Bilingue oral écrit
- Connaissance des référentiels qualité (BPF)
- Se conformer aux procédures et appliquer les bonnes pratiques (BPF)
- Rédiger des synthèses, des comptes rendus, des procédures des techniques de fabrication / dossiers de fabrication
- Déterminer les points critiques d’un procédé de fabrication
- Rigueur / Fiabilité
- Esprit d'Analyse et critique
- Esprit d’équipe / Coopération inter service

The Technical galenist will be responsible to realize tries within the framework of the Galenic Development, and write the reports of studies and protocols of the studies which are confided to him/her in collaboration with the hierarchy all in the respect of the notebook, the delay and the pharmaceutical regulation (BPL & BPF).


Other responsibilities:

Participate in the clarification of the galenic formula, the optimization of the manufacturing processes in the respect for the pharmaceutical regulations

Realize the manufacturing of the lots of galenic development (tries or pilot) according to the established protocols.

Realize the physical tests of products in stability and drafts the technical reports, in the respect of currents protocols.

Propose and drafts, in association with the R&D team, the protocols of the various studies which are confided to him/her (optimization and validation pilots).

Finalizes and confirms procedures of physical control, drafts and\or confirms these methods in the respect for the Good Practices and for the schedules.

Draft the procedures of use and see to the good running of the equipment (maintenance, calibration, control, order of spare parts,…).

Qualifications:

- Diplome
- Fully bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of reference tables quality ( BPF)
- Conform to the procedures and apply the Good Pratices ( BPF)
- Draft syntheses, reports, procedures of the techniques of manufacturing / files of manufacturing
- Determine the critical points of a manufacturing process
