- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong communication skills that can be conveyed via telephone
- Previous customer service experience in the fields of retail, hospitality, banking, call centre or any other related customer service industry
- A stable work history with two business references
- Strong attention to detail and desire to meet high levels of accuracy
- Professional work ethic with focus on problem solving attitude
- Ability to identify customer needs and suggest relevant products and services
- Must be comfortable overcoming objections
- You do not have to have sales experience in order to apply
