Salary: 15.50
Customer Service and Collections $15.50/hour (#2471)
We are looking for a customer service rep to work for a large company in North York. This position is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of being for 1 year.
Working in a call centre environment
Working Monday to Friday regular business hours
This is a 6 month contract position with the possibility to be for one year
You will be providing customer service to customers over the phone for 6-8 weeks and then will move to a credit/collections role making mainly business to consumers phone calls
Great work environment
Work Monday to Friday during regular business hours
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in English
You must have previous customer service experience and a customer service focus
At least one year of credit or collections experience is required
This position is located in North York
