Bilingual Sales & Customer Servicein Markham $35k plus (#2451)
We are looking for bilingual (French/English) candidates to work for a financial institution with a call centre located in Markham. This is a permanent opportunity with room for career advancement not only in the call centre department but within other areas of the company.
Job Description:
Answering inbound calls in French and English
Assisting customers with general questions about bank accounts, money transfers, opening an account, bill payments and some general investment product inquiries
Working a rotating schedule between the hours of 8am - Midnight Monday to Sunday. Shifts rotate weekly on a gradual scale ie. could be 8am - 4pm one week, 9am - 5pm the following week.-
Must be available for 8 weeks of full time training during the day.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in French and English
Must have previous call centre or retail experience
Must have previous sales experience selling multiple products- there is upselling and cross selling of products and services when applicable
Must be comfortable with having/ reaching individual sales targets/ quotas
Clear communication skills
Experience with MS Office applications
