Bilingual Sales / Service - Overnight Position in Markham $35,000 + benefits (#2450)
We are looking for bilingual (French/English) candidates to work for a financial institution with a call centre located in Markham. This is a permanent opportunity with room for career advancement not only in the call centre department but within other areas of the company. This position is a midnight shift however you must be available to complete 8 weeks of training during the day.
Job Description:
Answering inbound calls in French and English
Assisting customers with general questions about bank accounts, money transfers, opening an account, bill payments and some general investment product inquiries
Required availability is from 11pm to 7am, Tuesday to Saturday or Saturday to Wednesday.
Must be available for 8 weeks of full time training during the day - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in French and English. Exceptional English and French language skills are required.
Must have previous call centre or retail experience
Must have previous sales experience - there is upselling and cross selling of products and services when applicable
Must be comfortable with having/ reaching individual sales targets/ quotas and full sales cycle environment
Clear communication skills
Experience with MS Office applications
