Receptionists

Most of our clients are located downtown, all of our clients are transit accessible. As we enter flu season and holiday season, we will be needing some temporary workers.

Duties / Desired traits:
- Experience being the first point of contact for all guests for a few different companies.
-Friendly, bubbly and polished.
-It's very important that the receptionist makes a great first impression for their many clients, so someone who likes to interact with others.
-Someone who wants to pitch in with administrative tasks when the phones are slow. A true team player would be the best fit.
-Ability to type at least 40 wpm; familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Perfect command of English, both written and spoken.

Although this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain some administrative experience, the advancement potential is limited.
