Marketing Manager

Here is your opportunity to be part of a strong Marketing team for a global organization. If you have 4-8 years experience working within a marketing team dealing with different channels within the Industrial companies, then this could be your next career opportunity.

Our client is currently in search of a Marketing Manager to work with National Accounts to develop and implement strong product promotions to increase the overall revenue within the accounts. You will be a creative and strategic individual who has strong channel marketing experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with National Accounts on a variety of brands and sku's to develop and implement strong sales and marketing strategies to gain market share.
- Monitor sales and effectiveness of new product launches and support activities
- Track, report, interpret on sales data and forecasting
- Responsible for full P&L for the accounts
- Work with plan-o-grams to create stronger exposure and positioning within targeted channels.
- Put together promotions to increase sales.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required
- Minimum of 4 years experience within Marketing.
- Must have channel marketing experience within Industrial accounts such as wholesale distributors (acklands grainger, tenequip) or specialized distributors (Emco, Wolseley etc.)
- Driven, energetic and strategic personality

Other requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to build strategic plans
- Ability to initiate, develop and deliver plans and programs successfully
