Salary: 32 000
Building Maintenace (#1554)
Building Maintenance
Hours:
Monday - Friday
7:30am-4:00pm
Duties:
- changing light bulbs
- door repair
- some minor plumbing and electrical repair
- general handyman duties
Requirements:
- steel toe
- able to lift 50 lbs
- able to work alone
- previous electrical, plumbing and repair experience required
- experience working in a commercial building would be an asset
- HVAC experience
Candidate:
- bilingual would be an asset
- willing to learn
- handy with their hands
- some customer service skills
- PWGSC Security Clearance
- Able to work an on-call roster (once every 4-5 weeks)
