We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Journey Ambassador

This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for the guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a full service hotel with duties including addressing special needs of our Diamond and Gold HHonors members, remedy all guest requests/issues while enhancing the overall service provided to our guests. A team player with
superior guest relations, communication, organization and resolution ability, will be considered for this full time salaried position.
