Job description
The goal of the Family Home Program is to recruit, match, and assist an adult who has an intellectual disability to live in a community based family home environment. As a Family Home Provider you will receive case management support, training opportunities, and compensation. Community Living Port Colborne/Wainfleet is currently recruiting for families living in the Port Colborne area who are interested in providing this type of support to individuals on a short term and long term basis.
