So you’re the one friends and family always call for help when the computer crashes or when they can’t figure out how to program the DVD or download a new ring tone.
You may not be a certified professional, but you sure know your way around technology.

How about using your talents to help our customers?
By the time they call the service center, customers are usually desperate: they’ve lost the satellite signal, or can’t change their program selection, or can’t figure out their invoice…
You’ll be their problem-solving wizard. But don’t worry: before handling your first call, you’ll get full training. So you’ll know how to make their problem disappear with a flick of your wand. )
If ever it gets heavy, you’ll have your supervisor to rely on and give you a hand in resolving the issue.

And while you have the customer on the line, why not make the most of your conversation?
Provide a five-star service, give your customer sound advice about our special offers or options, and earn bonus dollars!

During the break, you could chat with your co-workers and share a story or two, or log onto Facebook and chat with your friends.

Practical info:
• Schedule: 20 to 40 hours per week - days, evenings or weekends
• Salary: $11.50 $/hr with bonus pay for performance (up to $3/hr more)
• Paid entry-level training (5 weeks, full time, days, evenings or weekends)
• 35% rebate on satellite television subscription
• Eligibility for medical coverage (dental included) and a group RRSP with employer contribution after completing 6 months of service.
