Agribrands Purina Canada Inc, a Cargill Company is a leading manufacturer and marketer of nutritional products and programs for livestock and companion animals. We are looking for candidates to fill a Merchant position to be located at our Eastern Canadian head office in Woodstock, Ontario.

Working in a team environment you will grow into a purchasing and risk management role responsible for the buying of ingredients within our multi-site manufacturing environment. The role will include the purchasing of commodities, micro ingredients and packaging materials as well as supply chain logistics.

You have leadership talent and demonstrate a strong desire to work within a team. With your superior communication and interpersonal skills you are keen to connect with people in other functions and with our partners. You have a background in agriculture, a keen interest in the feed industry and you enjoy working in a computer supported environment. Bilingual language ability (French/English) and animal nutrition knowledge would be considered
valuable assets.
